Kim,
Good afternoon. I know with all the people you meet, you will not remember me, but we held my son's (Bryan C*****) reception at your place in april of 2006. We had a great time and everything was excellent. Wedll, I find myself looking for a place again. My husband Joe and I are celebrating our 25th Anniversary this year. We are renewing our vows and would like to have a small reception afterwards. I guess the first thing I need to find out is the availablility of your facility. The date is July 3 of this year. It is a Thursday, but we want to do it on our actual wedding anniversary. I guess before I go any further, I will wait to hear back if the date is open. Thanks in advance for your prompt reply.

I will first say that I admire your studio. There couldn't have been a better location for this event.
I greatly appreciate you taking your personal time to work with us to determine what is best for Ms. Blackmans' wedding reception. It means so much and helps Ms. Blackman to feel secure and confident about her decisions.
If there are any concerns or information for Ms. Blackmans desires for the reception please let me know of any and I will work to be sure that all needs for her are met for her.
